  • I was a little wary of visiting here as I thought the price and the subject might be a little boring!! How wrong I was. Yes it is £9.50 to get in - but the tour lasts an hour and a half and there is f...  more »
  • I would definitely recommend the tour, it was very informative with some nice quirks. The guide kept everyone interested even if you weren't into the beer.
  • Recently visited with my father in law. A £2 surcharge on top of the very reasonable access charge to the beer festival bought us a tour of the centre, guided by a gentleman who was both highly knowle...  more »

  • Visiting with a group of 11, we enjoyed a guided tour with Dave McDonald; this was first class, lasting just less then two hours, and was a full and detailed coverage of all aspects of the museum. The tour was excellent value at just less than £9 each, that included the opportunity to sample some beers afterwards. The museum is suitable for all ages, and is highly recommended.
  • Got on the free guided tour. Interesting place. Wasn't as good as expected but was still worth going. Used a groupon voucher which made it really good value.
  • Excellent tour round the brewery museum. Loved the horses. Very interesting
  • We had a group tour for my Grandad's birthday and we all loved it. The tour was comprehensive, covering the whole history of brewing in Burton. The guide was knowledgeable about the techniques and final products of brewing. There is an opportunity to taste the products of the brewery at the end with coupons issued for three 1/3 pints in a bar area with a cosy pub atmosphere. Grandad said that it was the best weekend he'd ever had, which is surely high praise
  • Only 2 customers and it still took ages to get a salad and a burger. Staff sat at the bar drinking and swearing. Food was ok but not worth the delay.
