  • Excellent place for the whole family. We often come here, although, we have no membership. If it's not busy, they'll allow you to stay more than the minimum 1.5 hours. Friendly team, clean changing rooms and good size of pool for the children. The water temperature is good, not cold or hot. Just fine. The outdoor pool is also good in summer time. During school holidays or weekends it can be really busy. It has recently been refurbished adding a Costa coffee and a climbing wall which looks great. Haven't tried the gym or other facilities. Overall, I would recommend this place to the whole family.
  • Have tried to book a squash court for the last two weeks - online booking www is not working (extremely frustrating!!!) and NOBODY at the Triangle or the Dolphin picks up the phone. When I went to book in person I was referred to the online booking system. Really?!
  • Great for the kids, the pool is fun and warm. Can get very busy, and the surrounding areas in the pool are a bit dirty. But overall I enjoyed my time there with the children.
  • It cost £4.55 for me to swim here. My 2yr old was free. It wasn't busy here on a Friday morn so was clean. It's a nicer swimming pool with slides and shallow pool with pirate ship for kids. I've been here on Saturdays when it's been extremely busy so my rating indicates the Friday experience because Saturdays it's more dirt in the changing room areas and although car park is quite big, it's rammed on Saturdays so rating would be generous even at a three!.
  • Looking at the size of the building you could think that the gym will be a good size, but no... Costa cafe there is bigger than the gym! It's always packed, not enough equipment for the amount of people that is coming. I should mention that most of the people don't know what they are doing. They also have annoying habit of standing next to you and waiting until you finish with the machine. Makes me want to do more sets 🤣 There is only 1 set of free weights over 10kg!!! No proper full length mats for stretching, only small mats so you end up on the floor anyway. Btw floor is dirty and every day there is mud in stretching area. Machines are rusty, poor quality and hard to adjust (because they are rusty!). I had screws falling off while doing leg curls! However, I give ** for clean showers and toilets 🖒 and nicely painted walls.
