We arrived at about 11.30, just in time for the goat kid feeding, and ended up staying until the very end and didn't get to do everything! It's definitely a full day out, and quite reasonably priced. ...  more »

  • Excellent place to visit, with very well planned and timely activities for young kids. We visited in June and it was nicely busy and not overcrowded. Activities are announced and run every 30 mins which works really well. The tractor/trailer ride was fun and the pig racing a true highlight. Perfect size venue for toddlers, with lots to keep them entertained. All staff very friendly, great with kids and knowledgeable.
  • The only venue is the south west that charges for disabled children in wheelchairs. The staff were really good and one of then even admitted that they couldn't believe they charged for the disabled. Also, I'd advise you take your own food. £6.25 for a pasty??!!!! £3.50 for a pony ride!! We just get the feeling they will rinse every penny they can out of you. Apart from the above the venue is good for young children (as long as they aren't wheelchair bound) with lots to do..... (Response edit) : Yes you offer 10% discount for the child and carer, by comparison every other venue allows carers in for free, with exception of Crealy. We visit a lot of venues throughout Devon and Cornwall as part of our job so my comparison balanced and my comment fair. Regarding your meals. £5.10 for a children's meal. Consisting of a sandwich, carton drink, snack bar and crisps. The jury remains out.
  • Brilliant with lots to do for toddlers and under 10. Tractor ride and train included in price. Very friendly staff. Nice touches like name badges for kids so they were spoken to by name.
  • Brilliant family day out. Very well organised and felt we got our money's worth. Food wasn't great - but good basic option.
  • Visiting the area on holiday. This place is just wonderful, best farm I've been to with the kids. Piglet cuddling a really lovely experience, loads to do, talks and other things to watch on all the time. Didn't do everything in a day's visit. Would highly recommend as a great day out with young children.
