  • Absolutely loved it . My children were fascinated with all the fish and my eldest even came out with so many facts . We will be returning soon . Can’t wait .  more »
  • Plenty of fish to see, but they had 2 tanks with building work in progress, so didn't see any sharks, and felt the price was above what it should be, considering that fact. Otherwise, a nice short wal...  more »
  • Came here as just 2 adults. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. If you've got children you'll have an even better time. Aswell as the indoor aquarium there is an outside play area for the little ones. A ...  more »

  • Lovely place to take a family. Interesting exhibits and well explained. Seemed smaller than when we last visited (which must be around 15 years ago) but still great things to look at (loved the jellyfish, sea horses, rays and bass tank). Nice touch that you can come back with the same ticket within a week. Nice outside attractions as well. Stunning location especially if the sun is shining.
  • We visited for Halloween. They had blacked everything out which must have taken ages. Still lots to see and the staff were very involved in scaring the children. It was hilarious. Good food and drink free with the admission too. Also things to do outside. Well worth a visit. Not expensive at all. Even though I am disabled I got round on my electric scooter fine
  • Great fun lots of interesting things to see. Good for children and have activities to engage children while they look around. Good price because you can return within a week free of charge. Also food is nice in the cafe :)
  • A small place really, so worth reading all the info as you go, but full of fascinating animals. Highlights for us were the octopus, lobsters, jellyfish and rays. Beautiful anenomes and seahorses too. A family ticket is valid for up to a week after first admission, so make sure you visit again!
  • This is a great day out with the kids. There are bigger aquariums but everything in this one comes from the British Isles. It's ran by a great bunch of people who have a real interest in marine life and are happy to explain to two excited kids without getting frustrated. Small play area outside is good fun and there is an indoor play area attached.
