  • Been here twice - once in the sunshine, once in the rain. History is very interesting. Well maintained by English Heritage.
  • Spectacular ruins, including an option to take a dizzying walk to the top of the keep tower.
  • An amazing castle, large ruins with a partially intact keep. Well worth a visit, especially as there is seating available, ideal for a picnic on a nice day.
