  • Magical !! I took a group of fifteen friends there for an afternoon, and we were all entranced. We had walked but a few yards before someone cried out, ''This is like being in Alice in Wonderland''. And we had not gone further than the first lawn !! We all had cream teas together, after our walk round, and the tea table was laid out so beautifully. It was like you think of your parents having afternoon tea, in an age long gone by. And the staff could not be more pleasant and willing to provide whatever they could for our needs. Highly recommended - for all the family; but especially for young children running through the maze of Giant Rhubarb in search of the ''STEAMING DRAGON''. THOROUGHLY ENJOYED IT and hope that you might, too. Edward Drinkall and a group from the Subud Congress in Malvern, Worcestershire, UK.
  • A very good day out and lovely food, the staff are always kind and helpful.
  • I visited here today, with two young children and my partner. I can not rate the gardens high enough... so tranquil, yet also so fun for the children. It was the best day out we have had, in a very long time! The entry price seems very reasonable ... I would not like to imagine how much money has been put into the build up of the gardens and the maintenance! I very highly recommend a visit! We also ate in their very beautiful restaurant. The food was delicious. The service was fantastic; such a friendly, welcoming and lovely lady! The prices of the main meals were reasonable, however the cost of the drinks and slices of cake were very dear.
  • I visited the gardens on a day it decided to rain just after I got there so I could not spend as much time there as I would have liked so I will have to return there next year and in the meantime I have told many people what a wonderful place it is to visit
