  • Wonderful afternoon tea nice and cozy with a nice fire friendly staff and not bad price. Plus you can take a look around Avon croft

  • Such an amazing place from the little train to the ice house, medieval crofts and telephone boxes. We went to a medieval re-enactment which was brilliant lots for all the family. The toilets are good and the cafe was fabulous. We really enjoyed the windmill too. Well worth a day out.
  • We had a most interesting visit. There was something for all four of us - grandparents, a teenager and an 11 year old. The volunteers are to be congratulated. They brought the buildings to life with their commentaries, cooking over the fire (a fantastic hit), activities (knitting-never seen that) and costumes. Some buildings brought on a nostalgic moment for the older generation. We visited on an archery and bird day and the volunteers here were patient and explained so much to us. Starting the day at the tea room (teapots!) we learned a lot and had fun during our time at Avoncroft Museum.
  • Watched a great reenactment here, there was great entertainment for the kids with jesters too. Beautiful setting.
  • A very interesting day out. The kids loved it, especially the telephone boxes!
  • Been a few times as I live round the corner of it. Good for all of the family. My son live the mini railway. Update 9/7/2016. Been again. Used discount site Groupon 2 for 1. Again great day out.
