  • A bit of a shabby cinema but costs the same high prices as nicer, newer cinemas. There is speak of new cinemas being built in Bromley and we would relish that competition to get the Empire to up their...  more »

  • Cosy little cinema in the heart of Bromley. Serving the best sweet popcorn, reasonably priced confectionery, staff are polite and friendly. Old style seats, bringing back some childhood memories, modern day screens and sound systems.
  • Excellent little cinema, not the largest of screens available but they're cheap, staff are friendly and the cinema is always clean. Would be nice to see them introduce a monthly membership that offers benefits for regular customers. I literally went everyday for 1 week (all by my lonesome self) and watched every movie possible, it was great.
  • Nice cinema, not enough leg room in screen 1 though!
  • Closer than Greenwich for me. Good swlection of releases.
  • I go mostly on Saver Tuesdays, where else can you go to see the latest films for £5.25? I am 50 and remember going here for Saturday morning pictures, queuing round the block with my Dad to go and see Live and Let Die – Great nostalgia, the place has not changed at all. Can they bring back the ladies that sold the tubs of Ice Cream with wooden spatulas at the interval? Pick your seats carefully all I say (most times it is sit where you want anyway). The staff always friendly and polite, so what if the carpets are sticky? Cleans the bottom of your shoes for no extra charge!
