  • We had a lovely walk around the aquarium this morning. Lots to see and not too busy. The seahorses and shark eggs were a favourite. We booked online to save 10%. You have to do this at least an hour i...  more »
  • After reading various reviews I expected to be a little disappointed however we went anyway as there are not many things which entertain a 20 month old! However we really enjoyed our visit and there w...  more »
  • Big, beautiful, many halls. A huge variety of marine life, from jellyfish to octopuses, starfish, corals, rays, skates and more. Slowly, you can bypass the average per hour. But you can spend more time there. Personally, I could watch the fish indefinitely:) High ticket price. Also, had to find parking because leave the car next to it has not been possible to

  • Amazing trip. Great value for money and took a whole afternoon to explore. And last time i went, i got engaged... extra special day :-D
  • Great way to spend and hour or two with no real age limitations. Regular talks and activities at specified times however you are free to wander and enjoy. The scheduled talks can get a bit cramped if you are unlucky and the aquarium is especially busy. At the same both time relaxing and educational, it will take roughly an hour to see everything assuming you do not participate in activities or scrutinize every info plaque beside the tanks. The gift shop is fairly priced and plenty of toilet access. Wheelchairs and buggies / pushchairs will have no problem getting round and seeing everything.
  • Very good if you take your time and read all the info boards as you go round. Otherwise would take you about 20 minutes to finish the whole tour. So as a whole £15 per adult is a little pricey. Good to go at a time when they have a feeding you can witness.
  • Great aquarium - much bigger than it looks from outside. We stayed just under 3 hrs & plenty to see & listen to talks, normally a trail for smaller ones to follow & find pictures of fish. Loved the huge big tanks you can walk under, big circular tank for seahorses is beautiful
  • Such a lovely place to go even if you were to go with a family of kids, conpany of you and your lovely partner. Or even you're like self. There is plenty to see and lots to do from viewing all different parts of the exhibits to interacting and learning from the wall boards and interactive instructors. A place to take everyone for all kinds of fun.
