  • As always clean and tidy with polite staff happy to assist. Great selection of breakfast snacks and drinks in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere whilst awaiting boarding.
  • Just a glorified waiting room that has a coffee machine. Nothing 'Executive' about it. Food selection is next to awful and cleanliness is a disgrace. Certainly expecting a lot better from Bristol Airp...  more »

  • Decent lounge, good selection of drinks and snacks but normally only one hot meal with no option to order extras
  • After being met with a lukewarm reception at the desk, we found a seat with a clean table. A lot of the tables hadn't been cleared from previous guests. The air conditioning was on and it was quite cold. After looking in the refrigerators I asked a member of staff if they had any cider, and was told 'no, afraid not.' There was a few types of lager and some beer. I then asked if they had any baileys and was again told 'no.' So after paying £17 for complimentary food and drink I had coffee. A very disappointing experience.
  • Priority pass is OK, but the Alliance was not allowed
