  • This is fantastic fun for all the family with a great atmosphere and good entertainment weather permitting. Has a good friendly vibe reminiscent of the Withdean days (in a nice way).  more »
  • Had a great time experiencing Cricket for the first time. The grounds are very well setup to enjoy the on field entertainment. We enjoyed learning about this game that is new to us.  more »

  • Came to watch the final game between Sussex and our team Notts on Weds and Thurs. What a fantastic ground. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful, which together with the brilliant game, made it a great trip down. Good luck to Sussex next season. We will definitely come back to see you.
  • A great club, with a great atmosphere and some great games although results could be better! Sometimes individual ticket prices are steep but no more than anywhere else and the some of the season ticket deals are ok.
  • Best county ground in the UK. I will confess a bias but still a great ground for getting close to the action.
  • Nice view of the game also from general admission seats and Harvey's beer at hand. Brilliant. I found the £23 for the ticket a bit pricey, though.
  • Good views. Great cricket. T20 is a great evening out!

Where to stay in Brighton

During the height of the tourist season and on most weekends Brighton is a very congested city, where driving is difficult and parking is limited in the central areas most frequented by tourists. Avoid getting stressed out by staying at a self-catering apartment or a private B&B farther away from this part of town. Brighton's famous nightlife may be a bit far from there, but you can still enjoy seafront walks, good restaurants, and excellent shopping. Private seafront lodgings allow you to enjoy your stay quietly in comfort, while remaining within walking distance of Brighton's best beaches.
