  • I have been using the Prince Regent regularly for the past year. I have always been pleased with the service I receive, the staff are friendly and considering the age of the complex and that its the o...  read more »
  • In principle this pool is interesting. 3 swimming pools, one for children, one for courses (dance and others) and the great with lines which divide the swimmers according to their swimming speed. But otherwise... It's often overcrowded, obviously quite loud. Pool loses its ability to us relaxed. The locker room is clean is spacious. The biggest problem are the showers. 5 showers for all the pool and view of the world is going on the quality and cleanliness lacking. I have not really dealt with the staff but I find sometimes a little cold (home) in short, very mixed

  • I swim here twice a week. Firstly, is it a good idea to have kids jumping around the main pool after 6pm when adults are swimming? On many occasions I have almost been taken out by children blindly ju...  read more »
  • Weekly timetables are clear and always updated. The staff is helpful. The lanes are separated into different levels of speed. There are at your disposal different swimming programmes "free to use" (from 16 to 120 lenghts). However, the swimming pool looks a bit "sad" and is quite small (only 3 swimming lanes + 1 for free swim). Brighton really deserves to have more swimming complexes (or bigger ones).
  • Dirty pool. Bad service. Cold showers. Freedom leisure have a monopoly on public pools in Brighton and clearly don't bother.
  • Gets far too crowded for general lane swimming. Usually full of grumpy old men swimming far too slowly and hogging the lane and getting in the way then complaining to the life guards about everyone around them. Place looks grubby and the lades on reception come across as miserable
  • The pool is lovely and big. It's not a pool at a five star hotel, but it's clean, basic and alright. I like swimming here and will continue to use the pool
  • . I have been a member of this Complex for probably seven years, it has always been prone to poor maintenance and been a little grubby, and so when they closed the sauna and steam room for two weeks at the end of February 2016 for refurbishment I was very pleased. On my first visit after refurbishment I was excited to see what had been achieved. I feel the word bodge is generous, ever the floors are still stained and need cleaning. On my way out I collected a form to cancel my membership, the sauna, steam room and are an insult to the membership and the male toilets are a disgrace.
