Returning to the pool it provides a busy facility in the heart of Brighton however the showers are a joke. They wash peoples heads and arms and legs, but not the parts that most need attention in betw...  more »

Staff all seem really unhappy and basic hospitality skills lacking on reception. I.e. Didn't feel welcome In a public pool , and at those prices a smile would've helped , perhaps they were having a ba...  more »

  • It would be a nicer place if people-especially families were respecting the property. The lack of hygiene is shocking. Complete disregard for other people who go there to swim. Also I hardly ever see people using shower gels etc before entering the pool. I really don't like the thought of swimming in their dead body cells. SORT YOU HYGIENE OUT BRITS!
  • Last winter the water was very cool at times however over recent months this has been improved and maintained hopefully the showers can be given some attention so they all give a strong warm spray
  • my personal belongings where secure and covered by a camera, had a great steam and sauna, thought about the cold shower afterworlds, but then I saw the water slide, nothing to say adults had to be accompanied by a child, woo hoo ! great fun, best post sauna plunge yet, friendly staff, enjoyable visit
  • An odd place. an oasis of calm in the centre of BoHo Brighton. I went to a Freediving club on Thursday Night... Yoga and breathold diving for everyone. WHERE ELSE COULD YOU GET THIS??? I love this place/space.
  • The girl with blonde curly hair at the reception is the most unwelcoming and rude person I've ever met. She makes you feel like you did something wrong by showing up and that she's doing you some sort of favor to acknowledge your presence. Please have someone else at the reception rather than this miserable human being.

Where to stay in Brighton

During the height of the tourist season and on most weekends Brighton is a very congested city, where driving is difficult and parking is limited in the central areas most frequented by tourists. Avoid getting stressed out by staying at a self-catering apartment or a private B&B farther away from this part of town. Brighton's famous nightlife may be a bit far from there, but you can still enjoy seafront walks, good restaurants, and excellent shopping. Private seafront lodgings allow you to enjoy your stay quietly in comfort, while remaining within walking distance of Brighton's best beaches.
