  • Great place to be and relax with nature. Could improve with better signage of what you were looking at and better comfort facilities and refreshments during the week
  • Parked to cycle to Sowerby bridge. Great location donation cafe with toilets. Well worth a visit
  • Amazing folk who run the reserve, good cake n coffee. :) :) awesome place to have a break on a long bike ride.
  • A little gem in the midst of industry. It's a great place to get back to nature with woodland trails, bird watching, bug hunting or just simply sitting. It gets muddy so the kids love it!! Wear appropriate clothing and footwear you will get mucky but this just adds to its charm. It's important to note that although dogs are allowed, during nesting season they must be on the lead which is fine as we need this safe haven for our wildlife. The bird watching areas are amazing even for a non bird watching. Fascinating place for all the family. Don't forget to grab a brew at the little cafe on a Sunday.
  • Perfect for a long walk with or without dogs. There's a little cafe that opens Sunday's. Great place for bird watching.
