  • Charming and photogenic location with a homely cafe offering a good choice of food. There is a small museum of antiquities which has steep flight of steps so would be difficult for those with disabilities to access. There is a small lake which is on level ground so is accessible. Parking is limited. There is no charge to enter but there is an honesty box in the museum with a suggested fee of £2 adults & £1 children. Recommended.
  • Very good lovely place to visit.
  • Lovely setting by the mill, but much smaller than expected. Potential to be much better if only they invested in some decent furniture and tableware. Sitting on budget plastic moulded chairs and tables ruins the effect of traditional cream teas!
  • A good selection of homemade cakes, lovely location off the beaten track, small inside but dog friendly.
  • Nice yes
