Came here in the summer hols with my 6 and 3 year old. Was a 2 hour limit in force as it was a busy time. They do advertise this policy on the way in via a notice. However, the staff serving the food ...  more »

We live locally and often visit here if the weather is poor and we are looking for something to entertain our little ones. At £5 (1 year old and 3 year old), the entry fee is reasonable priced compare...  more »

  • Cheap to get in, big inside with plenty to do. Huge 'big boy' climbing frame, and good sized 'under 3s' section. Drinks are well priced. Always warm inside with the massive heater. Will definitely be coming back.
  • It's good for the money but the place hygiene rating is 2/5 and it's not cleaned regularly by looking at it
  • I regularly travel from London to Bridgend to see my young son. He regularly goes there with his mother during the week before school. I have attended with my son on a few occasions and I'm very sad to say that my experience in there recently was so horrifying that I not just had to make a complaint, and speak to the owner but also am at the moment considering further action. I was made to wait with my son after we had queued up for a considerable amount of time. We were ignored by members of staff and after I had to literally get the receptionist attention even though she was standing across the counter. I told her that I wasn't happy and that we should not have been ignored. When I asked to speak to the manager regarding this we weren't taken very seriously and when we finally were allowed in, I was met with horror as one of the senior members of staff (Jo) literally was telling me off shouting at me humiliatingly in front of around 150 people accusing me of being abusive to a member of staff!! I asked her to politely to lower her tone in front of my son and if we could speak in private, she responded by saying "I do not need to discuss anything with you" I was mortified and told her the conversation was over and walked away. She then followed me still hurling harsh words in front of my son. I had to remain calm as she was out of control. After she realised that her attempts to goad me into a conflict were ineffective and I was not going to react she decided to leave us alone. Once we had finished our time together. I had every intention of making a complaint so as this time round I turned on the record mode on my phone. I asked politely if I could speak to somebody regarding the complaints process (baring in mind this had given members of staff enough time to realise who I was) a younger member of staff the party organiser (becky) not just refused to give me the surname of her manager but pretended she could not remember her managers name and if that wasn't insulting enough changed the name of the manager to throw me off but when she was caught out... I was then asked to leave!!!! I have never felt so badly treated in my life!! And in front of my poor child... What has made this inexcusable is that certain members of staff pre-emptively lied and said I was aggressive and rude and in order to excuse themselves from their unacceptable behavior!! I have since spoken to the owner who has been very empathetic about the situation probably more so than my sons mum who doesn't seem to care as she is so desperate to be accepted by these people and other members of her community even though this is at the expense of her own sons and my integrity her self respect as being the mother of a mixed child that she actually believed these awful lies and liars over me, alas with this I am saddened but not surprised as she is very easily influenced by people particularly if she feels that they may serve a purpose that benefits her and her loyalty is clearly subject to whoever may be assisting her at the time. (Dependency is a sickness like anything else.) It hurts as I am a black male with a mixed race child and the behavior of these individuals (3 in total) reflect the attitudes of people back in the early 50s and 60s so I've been told. I have absolutely represented this establishment as unprofessional poorly trained ignorant and prejudicial in culture and have cast a dark cloud over this place. (PIus they don't even have an email address) I am strongly considering taking further actions. If this issue is not resolved in a satisfactory fashion. If you are interested in hearing the voice recording I made of this unacceptable behavior please feel free to DM my google account...
  • Always friendly staff, little girl enjoys her time here :)
  • This place has really gone down hill as it's absolutely filthy. You'll see the same remnants of food wedged between areas week after week. There's so much thick dust everywhere. There's so much potential here, it just needs to be kept clean.
