  • Shows how to look after all unwanted animals. It's fun to see them happy in their new environment. Try to visit at feeding time. Don't forget to donate something so they can keep up the good work  more »

  • After visiting for the first time with my one year old son it is not somewhere I would return with my family. As a sanctuary for animals the heart is in the right place however there is a clear lack o...  more »
  • Absolutely love it here and visit whenever I come down south. The staff are friendly and the cafe is brilliant. My daughter absolutely loves looking at the horses. It is more for animals rater than a commercial zoo or petting farm but feel that the contributions go towards helping look after rescued animals. Last time i went there were some cheeky donkeys were lovely. Hope to return soon.
  • Spent a lovely family afternoon at the santuary. All the staff were so friendly and the animals have fallen on their paws, hooves, trotters! They are all well and truly loved and I most definately recommend a visit, you wont be dissapointed x
  • this place has lovely animals but I am discusted with the public toilets on the farm. They are appaling with the damp toilet rolls the black dirt and malde on the window seals and toilets didn't flush !!!
  • Brilliant. They really care for the animals.
  • Good place to go for a simple day out that isn't expensive (about £3 per person/child and £1 for under 4s when I went). It's not a full farm/zoo so don't expect every animal under the sun, but they had pigs, cows, lots of horses, geese, chickens and a small insect/reptile house/hut. They possibly had some more things that I missed as well. They also have occasional events with entertainers and people in costume wandering around. One thing I will advise is to wear wellies as it can be quite muddy in places (especially if it's just rained).
