I go to this swimming pool a lot for swimming lessons and all of the staff are very friendly and the pool is clean. The changing rooms are clean and the showers are hot.
Visited for just a swim at the weekend 2 adults at 14.00 When there is nothing special about the pool to other leisure places that charge 3-5 per person . Just a new water slide but I wouldn't go mad ... read more »
This place charges a lot of money, and doesn't seem to adjust that price much out of season, or when half the park (the outdoors pool and slides) are closed. So for my son and I go to swimming cost us... read more »
Really good place to go there is 3 waterslides on busy days don't have to wait very long for ago on it very good staff only problem is the rubber ring slide people take the rubber ring and ride again they don't put it back like there meant to so others can have a turn
The water was cold and despite advertising saying there'd be toys for the kids there were none. Also the staff were quite surly. Won't be returning but at least I know what it's like now.
Fantastic venue. Swim there weekly and take my 9 month old every Sunday. The water is a perfect temperature and plenty of life guards always on poolside. The slides are great in the summer, I just wish they would enclose them for year round use!
Great for annual membership, I go lane swimming most days, excellent value compared to all nearby competition. The outdoor water pools are nice in the Summer months for the kids and the new indoor wet play pool for small children seems well designed, I wish pools were like this when I was a kid :) There is also a new indoor dry play building attached, I have not used but looks very nice.
My wife is disabled and both her and I are members. The pool is great ! It can be accessed at both ends is just the right depth, good temperature and super staff all willing to go the extra mile even during the hottest of days when they had been really busy in the summer. Membership makes this an economical pool to use too, but like any membership , the more you use the facilities the better value it becomes : ) The disabled changing room is just the right size, good facilities within, could just use a shelf by the shower for shampoo etc. Most pools only have disabled facilities for same sex carer/swimmer only and only have access to the pool via a hoist so I have to say the owners really have put a lot of thought into this pool from our perspective. We look forward to going as much as we can !
