  • This park is well cared for with beautiful flowers and shrubbery display. There is plenty to do for children as well as a wildlife pond and separate fishing pond. The park cafe does lovely snacks, ice cream and ice lollies. With seating indoors and outdoors with bowls of water for dogs. A great place for kids to meet and play their musical instruments as there is an open stage. Something for everyone.
  • It's quite a large park so it's good for walking your dog. It has river's aswell which run through the park where i have seen plenty of people fishing during the summer. It also offers a park with climbing frames etc for children to play so all around it has a little of something for everyone.
  • Best park we have been to. Fantastic play area . great icecream thats not overly priced. Park not overly big so great for little ones to walk around . bit of woods so kids imagine can run wild .
  • I visit this park every day at least for 45 mins. I love going here with my friends and family and my mainly with my dog. It's an amazing park for a nice walk and the council do look after it. There's a little cafe like area and there are lots of places to have a kick about with a ball or do a circuit workout or just have a run or sit and enjoy the view it's really big. It's always hosting some sort of events or festival few times a year which is really good for the community! There's a little park for kids to play around in too! One thing I will say though is that there is NO LIGHTING during evenings which is really shocking for a park of that size and in that area. I'd give t five stars if t had some sort of lighting for evenings as it can get very dark in their and it's not safe to visit at night.
  • Great park with green grass, beautiful flowers, statues of great men and women heroes and heroine.Fantastic football fields, basketball courts, open public gym, children playing grounds, quite relaxing and resting areas, free car parking spot, fishing in the river etc. It is an awesome park for everyone!
