  • Terrible access to the car park. Looks like they charge to the max to visit this market. Some nice stalls. Would have given 5 stars had not been for the very difficult access to the car park as well as the horrendous charges. If you are disabled. Best to park on the street. Not helped by the closed bust terminus.
  • Enjoyable shopping experience. Stall staff friendly. Good value fresh fruit and veg. Market Car park is £1.40 for an hour. £2.40 for 2 hours. Short walk to Bolton town centre. We usually shop Sat morning/midday. A bit of patience needed sometimes on the car park. There are usually spaces but some users are a bit dozy or stop in stupid places blocking the flow...
  • I go through every Friday. Wild variety of produce (including exotic fruits and veg.), big selection of meat incl. game meat, fresh seafood, baked goods, ethnic food. Bargain prices. Cheap (but nice) clothes and household items. Oriental grocery with lots of imports. Health Food shop. Outdoor flea market stalls. Great place to wander around. Fun to shop there. Remember to bring cash since most stalls do not have card machines.
  • Every stall helpful and friendly. Good sense of community there. If your looking for something. Someone will find it for you. Quality goods. Food wise,I've never seen fresher anywhere else. First time. Well impressed. Excellent.
  • The best food market in the north west IMO. Fantastic fresh produce and fish sellers in particular. Several really good places to eat & drink in the adjacent food hall also.
