  • We had the best date night here, the staff are so lovely and want you to have a good time, a good place with a good atmosphere 😊
  • We visited MFA Bowl Nuneaton on Saturday, with an excited 4 year old and 9 year old – and we won’t be visiting again. Upon arrival, we we’re told that there would be a 45 minute wait, understandable for a Saturday evening as we didn’t book. No problem – we we’re happy to get a drink and let the kids play in the arcade until our lane became free. However, over 50% of the arcade games we’re out of order, with the rest being dirty and sticky. After having to ask if our lane was free after 45 minutes - we headed over to our lane and began to put our names onto the screen when we noticed the device case was broken, and the electronics on show (photo attached) and within touching distance to young children. Faulty equipment that is not suitable for a family friendly bowling facility, at all. Dangerous, unsafe and unprofessional - just like the toilets! If we had used the toilets before we paid, we wouldn’t have stayed here for the evening. Let’s start with the disabled toilet, which we took a 4 year old into! Clearly, I don’t think it had been cleaned months (photo attached), never mind had the bins empty or got restocked with essentials such as toilet roll or soap. Urine all over the floor, used nappies, and a bad bad smell. Have a look at the photo, because that is the cleanest toilet of the lot – the ladies and gents are worse, with broken locks on the doors, dirt, urine, rubbish etc all over the place. After seeing the toilets, we had to inform the staff of the state of the facilities - before somebody gets ill. We got the reply of ‘we clean them but there is nothing we can do about them getting dirty again, as that is what people are like around here’. So, admittedly, he knew the issues with the toilets, and is quite happy to leave them as they are. Good luck if you’re coming with a baby, you’re better of walking across the road to KFC to use their facilities as I can only compare this place to a zoo. Onto the bowling … the lane broke down 7 times during the 1 hour session we paid for. Each and every time we asked a member of staff to help, it was quite clear they had no interest in helping, and that we we’re becoming a nuisance asking them to help, rather than stand around at the front desk chatting to one another. So, tips for this place if you’re planning to visit, which I HIGHLY recommend you don’t … - watch out for the numerous pieces of faulty equipment - if anything happens during the game, it is your fault and the staff will not help. - go to the toilet before you come, if you need to go whilst you’re here, go to KFC instead. - I’d advise you get a bottled drink rather than anything in a glass, looking at the cleanliness of the facility.
  • Ideal for family's or if you just want to kill your boredom with friends, it has an arcade, mini bar and also a few pool tables. Friendly atmosphere.
  • Went there to have a few pool games, not a big deal. So came in, fund a table , put a £1 coin in... nothing. Ok... I went to the desk, ask a lad for help, basically I told him I've just put a £ in and balls haven't been released:/ . Straight avay he was very rude and if he could he would probably shout at me "BECOUSE THERE IS NO BALLS!" Ok, ok... thanks for help, sorry for asking. He than told me I need to put £10 deposit to get balls and cues. No problem, I pulled £20 nota and he said, again very rude "IT MUST BE £10" I said ... Here it IS £20! Bla bla bla, ended up buing drinks and had to give him a £10 note exactly. Evan once he didn't say please, thank you, your welcome nothing! Played a few games, gave cues back, but no balls,:) THAN he asked me how much deposit I have put! What? Really? Than he said I will not get £10 back until I bring balls back, I said balls are in the f@£&@'table. And I will not put anather £1 in it as I did when I came in. ! He had to ring manager.... really hard decision to make that was, made us waiting 5min. Than literally throu £10 note on me! What a joke. Worst customer service ever. I was as angry! I went to him and said " WHUTS YOUR NAME PLEASE" the hero's face went red... and he said "JOSH" I was to make a complaint about him to the head office but can't be bothered. Hope he is ok after this gun attack. :/ In few words, avoid this place, staff are joke, the way they look its not even welcoming.... just dirty. Just dirty place.
  • Hired out the entire bowling alley at night for a camp - staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended
