  • When I first got to the HOB, I thought it was going to be too posh for my purse. While many items are indeed pricey, they do have stock to fit a variety of ranges. I was able to pick up a few items on...  read more »
  • Wide range of clothing, food, gifts and souvenirs available, generally of very high quality. Staff can be helpful, enthusiastic and a pleasure to deal with. Cafe/restaurant good value but can be very busy.
  • Always love visiting the house of Bruar to have a nosey at the items for sale...some of which are way outside of my price range! The new additions of the extra seating area make a welcome addition to a cramped seating area. Reasonable (for this kind of services) prices and generally tasty food.
  • Great place to stop en route going north into the highlands. Take your wallet with you though as it is pricey. There is also a lovely walk next to Bruar if you follow the river upstream, if you don't fancy being dragged round the various outlets.
  • Always very busy. Excellent selection of products if a little expensive. We stop for food and its good quality.
  • Can't beat it for a pitstop on the way north, but food massively overpriced, and still unable to get a decent coffee... Nice walk up the waterfalls behind though.
