  • Bit expensive for what it is. Should be discounts for families. Need to force yourself to read everything & slow down to justify the cost. Some will feel it's overpriced, but we slowed down and read everything as much as young kids (14, 11 and 6) could absorb, so OK for us. Some interesting exhibits at times but some seem a bit unnecessary or laboured. Kids bored at times when they had to reads lots. Staff at the entrance OK but not particularly friendly or helpful. Uneducated when asked about the app you can download. Older staff didn't know about it, yet right at the end it mentions it on display boards and you can unlock all content. Lady on the till in the gift shop really nice though.
  • We paid £13 to get in and it didn't even take us 10 minutes to get round it's a total waste of money the Orlando Ripleys is a lot better won't be visting it again
  • This is a great value attraction that you shouldn't overlook. The staff were really friendly, we had great fun looking at all of the crazy stuff people do!
  • What a great and inexpensive day out with the kids. Staff was great and ensured we got the best deal with the family ticket offer. Thank you everyone there.
  • We went yesterday 28/09/16 i had a voucher which stated £6 entry when we got there was £6 any way so didn't understand the voucher to be honest staff on arrival wasn't really welcoming just took our money ignored the fact i had mentioned the voucher been the same price as the entry fee i put £1 in the psychic Sarah machine to get nothing printed out when i told the same lady who had served us who was now cleaning the glass she said tell the lady at the end she will sort it out (no smile still) got to the end mentioned it again the reply can you go to the entrance where you came in some one will be there if you tell them they will sort it no i wont go no where but out of here not worth the ?£13 i ended up paying should be free plus if the staff are that unhappy in there jobs maybe replace them with people who actually look grateful for been in employment ruined my last day in Blackpool
