  • We always got to Red peppers but also because of the quality generally. The parking..huge places and extremely reasonable. Easy to get to. Fantastic choices once there. Cannot recommend enough. So many options for real top level food
  • Malmaison in the Mailbox. I stayed for a night at the Malmaison hotel in Birmingham and, after being challenged trying to find it on foot from New Street Station, was lucky to get a fairly rapid check in at the dimly lit reception (the queue seemed to build up rapidly). The room was great - really good size and lots of little quirky touches. As you may know from my reviews I try to use the stairs rather than the lift and you may need to leave a breadcrumb trail if you want to do that here! The stairs were a bit grubby and when you got to the mezzanine level you had to exit the stairwell and follow the corridor through the bar in order to find the final flight to the ground floor. Breakfast was great - although again the lighting is dim you can't really see what you are eating. Overall I liked this hotel and I would be happy to stay here again.
  • I have only been here a couple of times but recently I took my Fiance to the Everyman cinema to see Logan. Neither of us had been there previous so weren't sure what to expect or how it worked. It was brilliant!! So easy to get to, easy to park in the mailbox itself and very clean inside and out. I would definitely recommend the Everyman if you are around
  • Lovely, fun area of Birmingham, nice restaurants and entertainment. Parking isn't too bad either and the walk into town isn't too far so a good all rounder.
  • Simply the best. Easy underground parking and good range of shops, bars & restaurants. Top quality!
