  • Located in the biggest commercial center in Birmingham, in central point. The Department store's brands are famous, very handsome and coffee with sweets temptation.

  • Incredible architecture resulting in a fairly big Selfridges department. Many shops on offer (most with premium price tags) and definitely worth the walk around. The food Hall is impressive offering a lot of tastes in a small area.
  • Chic department store, very pleasant with lots of gift ideas, shame it's so unnecessarily overpriced.
  • Incredible building. Make sure you walk around it. The shops inside are very, very good. Nice variety. Interesting restaurants at the bottom level.
  • This Selfridges is rather large over 5 floors in the bullring shopping centre. It has a wide variety of cooing, technology and food. A great variety of restaurants and coffee bars. Your bound to find something that you like and have a good shop around too. Just remember higher price point..
  • THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!! When training up do cashiers do they go stuck-up-your-arse 101?! I am fuming! I have never in my life been talked down to like i am shit on their shoe before? DO NOT go to urban decay in the evening! I have never been so insulted in all of my life! Explaining to the woman that I wanted a lipstick NOT in the stockpile and the sales assistant trying to persuade me that the 14 colours on show are ALL in the 10 lipstick-ed palette! Can she do math?! I counted it for her and still she insisted that all 14 shades are in the 10 lipstick-ed box! *face palm* When asking for advice from nars, I do not expect a huff and a puff. If you do not want to be there...GO HOME!!! If you want to buy make up at selfridges, I wouldn't bother. The service is shocking, the advice is terrible and I will NOT be going back! I am ashamed to be a "local". Never. Again.
