  • Overall experience was very good staff knew what was where , food and drink and parking is very expensive and some staff let the side down with being very stroppy and insulting
  • VERY busy and with he shops next door restaurants hard to get into. Pricey also..Long walk from train station and not good directions.
  • I went there to attend a conferencein Nov 16 and N E C is certainly one among the largest exhibition centre in UK situated at Birmingham.

  • Stayed here for the Cfz 2016 event. For the type of event I was impressed at the professionalism and genuine good nature of the staff. The buffet breakfast was super, as was the bar food/drinks, although these were definitely rather pricey. I'd recommend going to the Costa, as it is more competitively priced. Our room was incredibly comfortable and felt homely, but some of the furniture was a little tired (hairdryer/chair). Overall great Hotel in a good location, would gladly recommend it.
  • Large hotel with huge conference rooms for the big black tie events. Expensive for food and the drinks. Car park is always full and it's often hard to find anywhere to park. The cover charges are high unless you have booked a room. Some of the rooms were very dated, mainly in the older part of the building l so best to check where they want to put you.
  • I stayed here for the the ERIC Conference 2016. Fantastic accommodation, delicious food and great Customer Service. Will definitely revist the hotel anytime I'm at the NEC.
  • Hello. We have just returned from an overnight stay in Hilton Birmingham Metropole. The stay was magnificent. Each member of staff was genuinely courteous, friendly and very eager to help. This is what makes the difference between a plush hotel and one which is plush and inviting and pleasurable. Well done to all of you.
  • Great hotel for conferences and great staff ! the Bar is a little expensive but then again its the HILTON and its pure quality food and drink ! deffo the Austin Martin of Hotels ! :-D
