  • The facilities are pretty good but the only thing that really lets it down is how clean it is. My kids loved the actual play place and there is a food outlet inside so they can play for hours. It isn'...  more »
  • Staff are helpful and polite...the perfect atmosphere for children. Absolutely wonderful. Safe environment for children and good value for money.
  • What an amazing place to go with young children. Initially, I was a bit comprehensive going to a soft play areas as some kids can be a bit rough around young children, however, in this place not only ...  more »

  • I used to really enjoy taking the kids here but lately it's standards have dropped. It's in need of a deep clean and have far too many staff who couldn't care less in regards to customer needs. We ordered food which we had to collect, they give you a time estimate but if it's done before that it gets placed on the side and you get no notification you also have to ask for everything that essential to your order like cups to go with a big bottle of Pepsi and when you ask you get a bored reaction like your wasting there time. Other then that it can be a really enjoyable place for families to go.
  • Fab,fab and fab are the only words to describe party host Saleena at Monster Mayhem. For our nephew birthday party, she literally made it as stress free as possible. Her organisational skills are excellent and she made sure that everyone including the children and parents had fun. Would definitely recommend a party at Monster Mayhem with Saleena as the host.
  • Omg do they clean this place? No hot water in toilets which smell and are unkempt Completely unhygienic place Adults on the equipment Ironically lady behind counter seems to be "sweeping " all the time but the cleaning stops there - the place is filthy So called restaurant is messy and again no standards what so ever Everything seems to be patched up or simply plastered over where things have broken. Disgusting Seriously- if you are going run a place for kids, have some standards. This is just pure laziness and amateurish
  • I love the facilities but it loses two stars as they don't put on enough staff to operate the doors safely. Parents open the gates instead of waiting to get out and on one occasion my 2yr old was let out of the gates to the reception area with open door to the busy carpark. Extremely dangerous. Doors should always be manned.
  • I would never visit this place again! The manager who can just about talk he sounds lost and he makes no sense whilst talking "errrr errr" the place has droped down in standards big time toilets filthy! Avoid your better of paying half the price and going to funatics in stetchford! This place needs a good clean the filth!
