  • Little girl loved it, plenty to do for my 16month old. Great Toddler area!! Went around 3pm on a Friday and it was fairly quiet which was nice as it gave us the run of the place.
  • Was horrified to enter the building and wait at the desk for 10 minutes as the staff member was too busy on the phone! Only to then find my (only just turned) 12 year old wasn't allowed to play which ...  read more »
  • We arrived five minutes after it opened on Sunday morning as this is the only way to get a parking space in the cramped car park. My husband went to get some food after about 20 minutes to be told the...  read more »
  • We were the first customers of the day ! Dirty place needed hoovering , miserable staff and the drinks were awful only stayed 30 mins total waste of time and also believe they charge adults for going in there just to sit in filth defo won't take the kids there again
  • I have heard of Hickory Dickory that it is good for kids, but from experience, it turned up that the staff over there are very rude, and when the weather is nice, they prefer to close very early, although it says on website that it is open till 18:30 hrs, even when you call them they tell you the same thing. I wouldn`t recommend it to anyone, unless they change behaviour.
  • The play area itself is great for kids to play and spend their energy. But today my friend and I were badly received by a non friendly staff. We arrived at 5pm and were told that we could not go in, they were waiting for the last customers to go and then they would close although they are supposed to close at 6.30pm. When you phone them in advance no ones picks up the phone to tell you this information, only an answering machine says it closes at 6.30pm. But the staff said that there was a notice on the door, that you could only see when you came in. The playhouse should update their website when they decide to close early!!
  • Large soft play area. Would say its better suited to walkers upwards. Toddlers love this place. It has brilliant slides. There is not a lot for crawlers or babies. Excellent footie area incorporated within the soft play. Best seating area ive seen. If you have to get to your child quick you're not fighting between chairs. Food is good. This place on a busy day is hard to park in the car park but there is parking down the street. Its very clean. Id give you five stars if you didnt charge per adult. You know most adults will buy something from the cafe so its a bit unfair and the majority of other soft plays dont. So it works out expensive, especially if you take grandma!! 😊
  • I loved it becuse its a big place and you can have dinner there.
