  • Great gig arena. Superb location for car and train users nearly to the door. Plenty of places close by.
  • Friendly and efficient staff who keep everything moving quickly. Very well organised. As with all these places, food prices are high but not ridiculous and a good choice. Only thing was that they have the meals ready and sometimes they have been standing a while and the bread on a burger was more like a biscuit! No other complaints for the last couple of gigs I went to there.
  • Great customer service, Thankyou to a few members of staff who helped move myself and my family to a better area for viewing after the Take That concert started last night, I am very grateful as I wouldn't have been able to see any of the show from where we were originally seated, after explaining to the staff my reason, they were very happy to help. We all had an amazing night after all.
  • Came to see Moto X, was a bit of a nightmare trying to find the disabled parking near the arena entrance but we got there in the end. Staff were friendly when we got in and helped us with finding the disabled seats and toilets etc. It was a bit annoying that the rest of our group was in a completely different area to the disabled seating but the staff were ok with us swapping so my partner (who was caring for his brother) could take a toilet break. As you'd expect, food and drinks were expensive but for an evening out treating my partner's brother it was a great success.
  • The best arena I've been to for a concert. Definitely a good place to go to.
