  • Came last night to see Jack Whitehall with my husband, and it was an amazing evening! Such a lovely atmosphere! Be nice to see more shows like this Before the show we had Fish & Chips, although very b...  more »
  • Great show and a great looking venue. One of the tiles of one of the main tv screens kept blinking off and on which became annoying. 12,000 people paying an average of £35, you'd have thought you coul...  more »
  • Very good arena to visit We parked and paid £20 to park closer to the arena, NEC parking. We had a 10 minute walk so wasn't as close as advised on the booking site. Big hotel opposite with shops. Plen...  more »

  • This is right next to the NEC so is easy to find. Inside it there are several food kiosks with a central seating area which will be full if you turn up near the show start time. Prices are reasonable for this sort of venue. Our seats had a pretty good view of the stage and it looked like most seats would have good views. Overall it was a good but could do with more food seating.
  • Just had 2 days at the Horse of the year show. First day we headed for the Genting Arena main entrance (we walked past the 'hospitality' entrance as we had standard tickets). Doors locked and sign saying to go to other entrance which turned out to be the 'hospitality' entrance, where we had our ticket stubs taken and hand stamped. The actual arena was very good and plenty of toilets. But the only food available was £8 sloppy fish and chips or Nachos!! Oh and £4.80 for a pint!!! Honestly the WORST fish and chips in the world ever!!! Yeah, thanks for that! We were there all day friday (7am to midnight)and luckily we stumbled upon a Subway and a Costa in a different building. The second day we headed for the same door to get into Genting arena. Now we are told to go 1/4 mile back into another building to get new day stamp and then walk back through the retail villages to get all the way back to the arena!! Apart from the appalling choice of refreshments and being given the run-around to get in. The car parking, free car park shuttle and actual Horse of the year event was brilliant.
  • A great music venue, enormous and safe. Good choice of drinks and food inside. Very kind staff. Great concerts like Florence + The Machine & The Staves in September 2015. Hope to come back. Compliments and Thank You. Best Wishes.
  • Visited Genting Arena to watch Bear Grylls in October 2016. Atrium was large and the ticket checking system was efficient on the day. Didn't try any of the food, but the drinks weren't too unreasonably priced (what you'd expect really). The arena itself is large but considering this there are still decent views from the rows further back. Did not use the car parks but there appears to be ample parking. Arena is right next door to Resorts World which offers cinema and restaurants etc.
  • love it here!!! great sound, just the right size venue to see (and feel) the bands - visibility great too + lots of facilities in the concourse. staff are an excellent bunch too!
