Overall a good venue - once you get over the shock of the extortionate drink prices! I guess that's to be expected though in these types of venues with a captive audience so to speak. Security was goo...  more »

A show can only be a great show when all elements are taking into consideration. With regards to recent incidences it was reassuring to see the level of security prior to entry to the venue. The staff...  more »

I loved seeing Celine Dion. What a masterclass in singing live! It took a while to get in but the high levels of security checks made us feel safe. The seats although in row J gave us some viewing of ...  more »

  • We.d like to say a big Thank you to the stewards and marshalls at the Kiss gig on 28/5/17. Our daughter is pregnant and they really looked after her, making sure she had plenty of Water and kept a close eye on her throughout the night. They also dealt with a blind Lady that unfortunately become unwell, we hope she recovered and is feeling better, The stewards made us feel very safe and secure in light of recent events. They deserve a lot of credit for making a great night a special night. THANK YOU ALL
  • Decent venue with a range of bars and coffee shops nearby. Usually hosts some of the larger Birmingham events - but watch out if you're parking on-site for busier gigs. It could take you at least an hour to exit. Recommend to park further out and walk in, if you have the time!
  • Enjoyed the day. To me its massive and awesome. Plenty of room to manoeuvre around. Seating is so well laid out that you have a good view of events wherever you sit.
  • Great place in the middle of Birmingham. Has its own car park with another multi story car park 5 minutes walk up the road. Surrounded by pubs and food places. Arena itself seems to be well organised at moving queues along. Both the queues for the toilets and bars moved very quickly. Getting out was pretty easy considering there was about 15 thousand people there.
  • Many entrances. No clogging. Amazing situation. Hotels in walking distance. Great situation making it a memorable experience. By the canal. Fantastic area. Blending of old and new.
