Prices where absolutely ridiculous how people are meant to stay from 9-4 is beyond me, £60 and we only got 800 paintballs for 6 of us which only lasts 2-3 games out of 8. The only thing good where the maps and the pizza! Arrogant manager who was not helpful, never coming here again!
First and last experience of Paintball. Even though I was in a group of 10 (mostly first timers) we were paired up with seasoned paint ballers. We had no instruction or advice, the marshals are rude and unhelpful, the only thing they care about is that you keep the smelly helmet on your head, other than that anything goes. Mine and my eleven year-old daughters paintballs were stolen by the table next to us, two paintballs nearly hit me whilst grabbing tea (in the safe area), we were targeted repeatedly when in the safe zone, people were firing before and after the game and someone thought it would be funny to hit me in the backside while I was walking away with my hands up after having been shot. Paid for 10 games, gave up after 3 and an extra £16 for 200 paintballs. Glad we left when we did as the thieving team was collecting paintball sized stones for their guns and not being stopped by the ineffective staff. Awful, awful experience, would only recommend if you already like paintball and don't like rules. On the positive side the game areas are well setup with interesting structures and a variety of games. There is complimentary tea and coffee although what I really wanted was free tap water.
Great Maps and good marshalls. paintballs can be a bit expensive but good day prices which include pizza.
Was my first experience with paintball. I haven't had this much fun in a long time. Went with a group of 10, all got the upgraded Tippmann Custom 98 - Gun accessories weren't consistent across all guns (ie. barrel rail) but all went throughout the day without a hiccup. Vinnie (our marshall) and Martin (Manager) real down to earth people and had a great laugh between and during games. The customer service - Faultless. Speedball map - Brilliant. Parking available but may be limited on a busy day. Enjoyed it so much, considering to make paintballing a hobby and buy my own gun which Im hoping to use at the facility. (Discretion of the site manager as mentioned on website FAQ's) Wouldn't hesitate to come back!
Terrible Organisation, Too over priced, Teams we're unfair, When players we're shot they didn't exit the battlefield. Also when Marshals we're called they never responded and the Marshals we're also very rude! Not going to attend again.
