  • I've been to Shuttleworth about 5 times in the last 3 years, all of which were on airshow days, so my experiences are based on that. I'm an avid airshower and aircraft museum goer, and rank Shuttlewort...  more »

  • This is a very good museum where everything is airworthy. It is reasonably moderate at £15 for an adult Airshow prices can be found at £24 if booked well in advance but gives you the museum and Swiss ...  more »
  • A must visit place for any aviation fan. Tickets are pricey at £18 for an adult, but it worth the money. Where else you see airplanes 100yo actually flying! All the planes are in a top condition, really a pleasure to look at them. Check the schedule for the flying day, normally Sunday - lots of old planes in the air. Don't forget folding chairs and picnic table.
  • Had a few hours to spare so took the kids to the Jubilee park here. Not only was car parking and the park itself free, it was also huge and well maintained- Kids loved it! We were fortunate to visit on a Friday before a weekend event, so some elements had been set up already (Royal Navy Merlin helicopter and a Model-T rally)
  • Great experience! What a treat to see these wonderful old birds - including the oldest still-flying aircraft in the World! Incredible that all of them still fly, thanks to the dedication of a remarkable crew of volunteers. Apart from the historic aircraft, it's worth the admission price just to hear the amazing stories from the helpful and informative guides - most of whom are the real deal, many ex-RAF "been there, done that" type of fellows. Keep up the good work!!
  • Anyone who is into WW1 & 2 aircraft & vehicles. This is the place. Great day out, great static and flying exhibits. Friendly professional staff who will help out with information and the stories behind the exhibits. Great restaurant & gift shop.
  • Great place for a ride out into the country and grab a snack. Always something old planes out to have a look at. Nice gift shop attached.
