  • WANTED TO LEAVE 0 STARS!! Absolutely disgusted,!! Visited today with my 2 disabled children, another child busted her nose in under 6 play area, told staff that there was blood on floor and on the side and they didn't clean it up. My children wanted a go on bouncy castle, they were on it for a couple of minutes before we had to get them off as there clothes were saturated because there were puddles of water in the grooves and it wasn't raining, due to this my son slipped and jerked his neck( you couldn't see the water puddles from outside the bouncy castle) my wife had to take my boys back to the car and take off all of their soaking wet clothes, Whilst i spoke to the manager who told me that they do health and safety checks every morning before park opens and part of that was the bouncy castle had to be dried before it can be used. There was nobody manning the bouncy castle neither did it have a closed sign on it. No offer of a refund not even a sorry.......they acted like they didn't care.
  • Lovely day out for adults and children of all ages. Good food and lovely rides for kids. Little shows which are nice . Only thing is that the reptile host could have been a bit more interactive with his audience. Was great meeting paw patrol. My son loved it 🖒. Would recommend this place.
  • The petting and animal meets were very well planned. Kids could hold, stroke and see animals freely and the timings were well placed and spaced out. The farm yard animals in the fields were friendly and just wanted the food we bought. And for £1.50 a bag it wasn't bad value for the amount of food. We did find the small animals barn a little unloved with the odd information signs missing, names of the animals not displayed over some pens/cages etc.... there wasn't a member of staff either to answer the kids questions. The "Attractions" however were something to be desired. Clearly very out dated and in less than serviceable order - I saw the small operator pushing the train around the corners of the 10m loop, the operator of the "Lazy River" pushing the boats around the river. There was no current to speak off rendering the description "Lazy River" incorrect. The outdoor fort was very good and my children enjoyed it being able to climb quite high and safely. There was the new roller coaster that looked great although clearly some adjustment needed doing to get it up to speed. We didn't however take a ride. The play barn was more than enough for the kids with a rather scarey looking death slide. It was relatively clean although my children did come out of there dirtier than when then entered. Some more cleaning and a bit of updating would be a great benefit. The ablutions were OK however my wife had reservations about the child changing facilities. As they were toilets in a barn they were just that. A little smelly and not as hygienic as other places we've been. There were plenty of handwashing stations with soap dispensers in good working order and all full. Driers didn't seem to be turned on however or not working. There were plenty of picnic benches around the site which we found very useful. All-in All a reasonably good half day out but a tad over priced for the quality of the activities on offer. We did however receive a 20% military discount on the price of 2 adults and 2 children which is always greatly received. This could be so much more if a little time and money were spent. The leaflet was great and clearly did it's job in getting us to visit, it's a shame the reality didn't live up to the expectation. Not quite up to a full days activities just yet.
  • A nice place to take younger kids with a variety of rides and attractions. In recent years some new attractions have been added, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Only missed out on five stars because one of the rides is a bit broken and needs fixing or replacing, and because the massive (and very exciting) bouncy castle is a bit grubby.
  • A lovely day out with kids. Great value compared to other attractions in the area as you can spend a day here if the weather is good. Food choices limited but plenty of tables for a picnic. Would visit again.
