  • Brilliant place to take any age children. Especially on a day with nice weather. We spent 6 hours there and could of stayed longer. The two soft plays are amazing but the weather was so good we spent all the time out playing and looking at animals. Tractor ride was fun. But the castle is just the best.
  • Fantastic place to go to ,especially with children even little ones. Lots of different activities to choose from like feeding animals, adventure park, swimming pool open in the summer and for those windy and cold days they can offer inside soft play yet again suitable for little children and teenager's (death slide). I took my 7 years old there and he absolutely loved it. Finished the day toasting marshmallows. Staff very friendly and helpful. They have cafe on site so can eat something inside or outside if the weather permit. It's not too pricey and they offer children's menu( huge portions). Very highly recommended for an nice day out ;)
  • Great place for the kids, with a couple of indoor play barns and plenty of outside attractions, it's a good day out whatever the weather. Mini golf, wooden castle with zip line, boating on their pond, paddling pool, tractor rides to see the animals, and so much more! There is so much value in the ticket price that the annual pass is a bargain. The only negative is the relatively early closing time of 4pm weekdays and 5pm at weekends, but it's really not a big deal.
  • Had a great day here today with the family. This place is totally aimed at the kids and it's great. Plenty do and see. Parking - plenty, but due to no lines, people take too much space up between cars. They do have an overflow. Staff - plenty of them and they are great Food. The food is OK. What you would expect really. Prices were average. Cost. I think we paid 6ish for our two year old and 9 each for me and my wife. I understand most places recoup their children costs through the adults ticket, but I think £9.99 is a bitter pill to swallow at a place where it really is a large park with animals. That said it is a great place for kids.
  • Very disappointing to visit on a less than sunny winters day. While accepting that the attractions are going to be less abundant than during the warmer summer months a bit more effort could be made for those who brave the elements when it it is cold and damp. After all, the fairly hefty admission fee for a family of 6 must be just as welcome to CC now , if not more so. The farm was sparcely populated with animals as presumably they were overwintering somewhere warmer, the tractor ride did not materialise, the activities tent was closed and so was the carousel and lots of the other outside activities. The only thing for the children to do was play on the equipment in the barns - which were absolutely freezing and had very few chairs meaning parents and grandparents had a pretty miserable time of it sitting on a cold floor. It's a shame because during the summer months Cattle Country is by far the best attraction for miles around and a fantastic day out for all the family. If they are going to open during the colder months they need to come up with some better ideas to make you want to go.
