  • Went today for a bounce with a few friends as he booked as extra online I figured I'd tag along and see what the fuss is about. Booking was for the 2pm session and as expected vertigo was so busy and ...  more »

  • Customer service is awful. Please explain why you have an option to book online yet still have to join normal queue upon arrival. When we did get to the counter the member of staff couldn't find my booking, I offered my booking reference which he declined only to ask me for it 5 mins later. Queued then to get drinks. There is an extremely limited selection and absolutely no hot food ready. The man in front of me ordered slush puppies for his kids, the staff member then completely disappeared with no explanation, another member of staff arrives and The customer has to order again!!!! The vending machine isn't even operational. The toilets are awful and could do with being cleaned. This is my first time here and will be my last. For it to be a bank holiday it is severely understaffed and understocked. Far too expensive for what you offer.
  • An amazing setup. Has trampoline park, rolling ski pistes, climbing walls and rope bridges. There is also a beauty centre and spa. Well catered with cafe and snack stops. Something for everyone.
  • Excellent venue kids loved it. Coffee good a lovely family outing
  • This is a fantastic place to take the kids, however be prepared to spend money. The reason I have not given it 5 stars is that is is prohibitively expensive, for example a 30 min toddler session on a Sat (30 mins is all they do on a Saturday) for me and my 2.5 year old was £15
  • Restaurant prices for food in a kiddies play area. Total rip off. Most definitely not be back.
