  • Went today for a bounce with a few friends as he booked as extra online I figured I'd tag along and see what the fuss is about. Booking was for the 2pm session and as expected vertigo was so busy and ...  more »
  • Had a lesson here yesterday at 7pm. Arrived at 6:45 and was greeted by the member of staff at the reception desk straight away. I said I was there for a snow boarding lesson and was told yes go on ahe...  more »

  • Been down multiple time and can only say good things. Can only speak for the skiing/snowboarding as that's all I've done, but it's brilliant fun. Staff are all great and the instructors are all brilliant teachers. Theyve even allowed us to reschedule due to not being able to get down due to breaking down mid way. All in all worth a try
  • Cafe was surprisingly well priced. Found that staff were uninterested in customers or issues. Tried to play a game of airhockey but the table, puc and bats were so sticky you may as well have played without the air. I reported to the you girl on the desk and she simply replied 'oh right'. Tried to then play a game of pool. No cues. Asked for cues and reported the air hockey table a second time. Still no interest by staff. Played for pool and 2 balls got stuck in table. I also was given 2 blacks. Back to desk to report. Was again told 'oh'. Went back to the table. After 5 mins of waiting I went back to the desk to enquire. Was told someone was on their way... From what I could see they were too busy talking to care but I thought ill wait 5 more mins. 5 mins later I found a different member of staff who thankfully sorted me out. I also told him about the airhockey and he sent someone to clean. He told me all the tables were second hand and appalling condition. Clearly its a known issue so why do they not try and fix? We were attending a party. The room was much too small for the number of children and no seats were provided for the attending adults. I have to say I was glad to get left and will now be speaking to those I had told about we are vertigo and telling them not to bother.
  • This is the most fraudulent establishment I have ever dealt with .... we used their online ski gear shop and ordered ski clothes etc worth over 400 pounds and then paid an additional 45 pounds for delivery .... the goods have not been delivered ... we are receiving no response from them .... their online representatives shockliny do not deal with "online orders ".... one wonders then what do they exactly deal with ... they have no customer support number ... they have not been replying to emails... after a lot of coaxing we finally got a number and when we called a man name Simon assured me he will get back to me in an hour which he never did and when my husband called he was rude ... said he doesn't deal with .. you guessed it "online orders " .... my husband is literally going to have to go to Belfast ... or take legal action as they've charged our card ... and not sent the goods ... if you are planning on ordering any ski gear I urge you to not ever make that mistake !!!!
  • Hard to say anything bad about "We Are Vertigo". We took 4 small children from ages 6 to 2 so we remained more in Adventure centre. There was so much for the children to do and they really enjoyed it. There is hot food, tea and coffee available too. I think the only negative thing I could say is that it was hard to get the children to leave when it came time to go home :)
  • Really great place to take the kids to burn off a lot of energy and very unique to northern Ireland
