  • We stopped in at the market on a Friday. It was fine as markets go, with a few interesting food stalls offering crepes, falafels, and other cuisines for lunch. However, by and large, it was not worth ...  more »
  • Visited the market on a Friday which to be fair is not their busiest day. The fish stalls were fantastic but the rest were pretty average. Good for a browse.  more »
  • St. George's Market is a fun place to wander around and browse the stalls. On the Saturday we went, the market was hopping. Vendors were selling good things to eat and drink plus crafts. Live music ad...  more »

  • We have went here for fresh fruit and veg, other times to get something to eat...other times to have a "day out" and finally - to meet visitors to the city on a Sunday morning! Every time - a great experience. It can get busy on the main market days - so we like to go early. Do not expect the fruit to be overly cheap - especially the organic. The prices on some stalls are close to the supermarkets. There are stalls of art, painting, tourist stuff....sweets, teas, coffees and more! Live music on a Sunday is great...as are the Belfast Baps ;-) If you have not had a day here...your missing out!
  • A really great covered market with live music, all kinds of food and ware vendors and generally a really cool place. It can be very crowded, so be aware. We very much liked the stands for Med Mex and Paella. All around pretty great
  • Great place to visit even if to simply pick up a coffee and enjoy the atmosphere. Always full of culture, arts & crafts, antiques, vinyl records, tourists and people having a good time. Excellent historic building in the heart of Belfast city centre!
  • Fantastic stalls. Local crafts and produce. Live music. Plenty of food/ drinks stands. Buzzing with lively happy energy. Great place to visit.
  • I wish I had this close to my house. Great food selections both prepared and not. People watching gives you a good vibe for the entire city.
