  • Randomly saw this while exploring the city center.. Just next to Victoria Square, this is really happening in evening. Ps:Really worth knowing history if this place  more »
  • This modern sculpture several times I crossed on the way to the Victoria Square Shopping Centre. Construction called "the spirit of Belfast is, to put it mildly, odd and ambiguous. Metallic ribbon, as if in a dance, intertwined in the rings and semirings. I imagine the spirit and soul of Belfast quite differently. Interestingly, the local is also not thrilled by this installation and dubbed it "onion rings". Externally, the sculpture is really similar to these snacks.

  • To me it was always Cornmarket and a platform for people to speak. Now it's a set of rings which you can't even touch. I know we should move with the times but not killing off heritage!!!!  more »

  • Nice sculpture, not as good as the fish I saw earlier.
  • Nice shopping area with history
  • Cool area.
  • Not only that, its the spirit of Northern-Ireland.
  • It's a stupid metal beam ball thing. Sums up Belfast well.
