  • Nice walk around the lake, small play area for kids and nice cafe but not much else to do, and the car park can get busy.  more »
  • We always stop off at the cafe where we come with our very elderly parents. Food and service have been excellent for many years and we have always felt very welcome  more »

  • Lovely walk, can make it longer by going round the nature reserve (look out for woodpeckers), the main route is wheelchair and kids bike friendly. Teazels cafe is fab, good playground for kids, plenty of picnic tables and benches. 30p seed packs for feeding the ducks and swans. Excellent.
  • Lovely local country park, well maintained. Lots of birds on the lakes all year round. Decent clean play park right next to a neat little cafe.
  • Easy walks, cafe and toilets available near car park. Not too many great views when walking around the lake as there is a lot of vegetation at the waters edge.
  • Very pretty walk around the lake with a play area for the children and the food from the cafe is lovely plus it's only £1.00 for parking for as long as you want
  • Nice area. Two playgrounds for children. Gym equipment outside. Lovely little cafe and you can buy seed to feed the ducks
