Nestled in a horseshoe-shaped bay on the outskirts of the eponymous village, Beadnell Bay Beach attracts holidaymakers as one of the best spots in the county for water sports. The village is filled with shops renting and selling equipment for snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, sailing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing. The grassy sand dunes and fields behind the beach offer a refreshing coastal walk at any time of year. Amenities are on the north end of the beach and include a parking area, mobile snack carts, and public restrooms.   • Wonderful morning's walk with a Lab that loves the sea. Plenty of beach, blue skies and blue sea. Wonderfully empty except for a few dog walkers, gulls, Oyster Catchers and Sanderlings.  more »

  • The most beautiful piece of coast line I've visited. We arrived when the tide was out and the beach looked stunning. It was huge. There's not a great deal other than the beach but that's great as it's just a natural beauty spot where you can walk for miles.

  • Fantastic beach the sand is compact and soft around the edges easy to walk on because there is alot of walking you can do.Follow the beach from the harbour to the distance walk off a few hours.People were paddle boarding,swimming etc although with wetsuits in October.
