  • Went with my mum and Aunty and we enjoyed ourselves didn't spend a fortune but it is one if them places where it's pot luck if they have got what you are looking for.
  • Not a bad place to go, normally have a coffee and a cake in Massarella's while wife shops, some good shops I get my shoes there Normally go at least once a mth
  • Not sure who this place is aimed at. Some very expensive furniture, some very expensive kitchens. Food outlets not that inviting. Nothing really unique to speak about. Much better shopping experiences...  more »

  • Good selection of retailers, some better than others. Outdoors stores, accessories, clothes & books all catered for. A few cafĂ©'s and a garden centre too.
  • Good choice of outlets, all levels accessible by escalator. Lots of parking space. Coffee!
  • The staff and security here are extremely in-experienced and careless. They do not bother to check the stores security and safety of others. The last person to lock up saw my car and failed to inform me that they were locking the car park. Totally oblivious to the car parking rules I had parked up to have a coffee. I didn't even see any signs which warned public or customers that they lock it. Anyhow the manager, I pressume, it was who locked up saw my car, failed to check who I am why am there or inform me of lock up. My car was high up on the hill so could not be missed and even then I would have thought security or management would give an all round check in the car park to ensure no customer or car wuthbperson legt inside is locked behind. They locked me in. The cameras there are no good as no security is on the premises overnight so if they have a break in during the night they would only find out when staff open the gates the next day. Anybody could rob this place overnight and get aaway with it as staff wouldn't know until next day. There seems to be an alley where men and a youths on bikes with hoodies were coming down through and obviously knew this car park and surroundings well. They saw me locked inside the car park in my car and were yelling and being roundy. A man in a hoody saw my car and walked awkwardly then stopped and walked another direction at which point he may return to attack me seeing I was in this situation and alone.. I could have been attacked, raped, mugged or even murdered and nobody would have known until the careless manager or person who locked up would have opened up in the morning of Sunday. The cameras are useless and no security overnight so no help to get out whatsoever. I was extremely upset bring a parent and being alone. I had no money with me so couldn't get a taxi. I was there literally around 30 minutes not even that and they locked me in. I had no money, I had no taxi number stored on phone as I have special needs children and rely entirely on my car. I have no family as they live in Essex. It so happened to be by chance that A parent from school had called me on my phone which was almost dead battery, to ask about Childrens homework to whom I broke down to in my car , worried sick and alone and she came to pick me up. I am extremely shocked that staff couldn't care less about the safety of their customers whether in or outside of the buiding or the premises. They failed to check over or inform car park users. The grounds have no form of security or safety and I definitely would not want to shop building and shop here knowing how careless selfish and mean the staff are. They only care about theirselves, their time and if shift is over they just want to go home since they don't get paid to check car park. Do not go here, they do not care about customers or safety . Imagine the consequences if anything bad had happened. Very unprofessional . Very mean and must likely stuck up stubborn staff/management . I hope Maybe one day they will find themselves in my situation and then perhaps they will see what negligence is like. Yf58 xdk I'm sure this car together with a silver 7 seater were last ones to leave. There were staff hanging around in the building as well as in the garden centre when I was parked. The management doesn't seem to car about the complaints or problems arising in this place and ted to brush issues under the carpet or white wash issues instead if facing them and rectifying .
  • Helpful staff even though they couldn't help me
  • Fantastic value for money and a good place to visit for discounts.
