Green Park Station, Bath

3.7
#6 of 21 in Shopping in Bath
Green Park Station has been a mainstay in Bath for over two centuries - from Victorian decadence, to wartime blitz and it's eventual restoration as a destination for shopping, markets, events and more.

The building retains many of its original features including the vaulted iron and glass station roof and signature Bath stone facade.

Green Park markets host a hand-picked and creative collection of traders, making it easy for you to enjoy a one-of-a-kind shopping experience. There's never been a better time to visit some of the most popular monthly markets in the South West and shop local all under one roof

What a great use for old station building. Lots of lovely food stalls and other artesian stalls, in very pleasant atmosphere. Great record shop too. A must-visit if in Bath.  more »

An attempt to upscale a lovely building. But not entirely successful - there is no critical mass acheived.

Could do with a bit more variety but certainly worth a visit. Nice to have coffee outside, maybe some nicer seating😉

Market is pretty average, but it's a nice little place to go.

Travelled from Cardiff to visit. According to website Thursday + Friday were best day's!!! So went on a Friday!! There were 2 or 3 traders there selling a load of tat really... apart from a few takeaways!!! Apparently Saturday is the best day to visit with plenty of stalls!! Website is very misleading so if your thinking of visiting make sure you go on a Saturday!! Very disappointing!!
