  • Great place for a cheap family outing in the summer. Really enjoyed the boating pond and splash park. Bit too much litter though.
  • Lovely walks around this central park. Updated playground for kids. Also a paddling pool in the summer months. The small takeaway Hut needs to be open for longer hours though. Parking can be difficult at busy times, but is free.
  • Lovely place to take your kids on a sunny day. 2 large lakes, 1 you can hire rowing boats on and another for taking your radio controlled boats. Lots of ducks with their young to feed. A small park, paddling pool and nice walk around the outside of it all. It's kept clean and is safe. I've cream man often there too.
  • A great park for a wander, some good play stuff for the kids and ducks to feed. The paddling pool is great in hot weather but gets busy. Next time I may take out a boat on the lake.
  • A lovely place to walk. Ideal if you have a family and want a nice afternoon out. You could also host a birthday party on the grass. Also if you want to get fit there is a fitness trail that you could do. For fans of the game Pokemon GO, there are several Pokestops located in the park alongside a couple of Gyms. Pokemon sighted there include the rare, Dratini.
