  • It was relatively quiet but gave a different experience. Not the traditional playground but kids had fun. Clean and peaceful.  more »

  • Good place to go in summer and winter. Plenty of Picnicking area, outdoor playground, paddling pool. Boating area to hire small boats, only available to use certain times of the year. Pond area for use of remote control boats. Parking area is free but not very big. Plenty of Ducks and Swans. Adult exercising equipment. Public toilets. Small shop adjacent to boating lake area ice cream, lollies etc.
  • Great to bring your kids. For a walk in family or to walk your dog. Also lots of green space for a picnic or just to relax under a three. It's defenitly a very good place for rest and catch some fresh air.
  • Very nice outside area. Had a large paddling pool and a pond for rowing and pedalos. Good walks but not that large. Also some outside workout stations around the walk. Nicely maintained. Also a place to get an ice cream!
  • Great family place, has a paddling pool, boats pond and duck pond. Nice little kids park and also holds yearly events. Can get very busy during hot weather. Very close to town centre which has great bus connections and train service to London and Southampton.
  • Beautifully kept open space. It has a paddling pool open in the summer and a small boating lake with row boats to hire. Dog walker friendly. A great place to relax with the family, have a picnic, jog or exercise. Also a children's outdoor play area
