  • If you come by boat, there are good moorings by bridge 104. It's not far to walk, across a busy level crossing. The site is huge and it's quite a walk from the gates to the world of Wedgwood. The new buildings have been open about a year now and are built to impress. The museum is good although the lighting was sometimes rather dim. We didn't do the factory tour. It's quite expensive compared to Middleport museum. The staff are nice and helpful and the restaurant looks nice. We had mixed feelings about this place, it is big and impressive and very modern, but very showy and corporate somehow.
  • As you might expect the craft side was excellent. This post is more about the exceptional staff who delivered 5☆ customer service. My mother in law would have struggled to walk to the exhibitions from the canal. They went beyond what could have been expected so she could enjoy her visit. Outstanding service delivered with a smile. Well done to all involved.
  • Hidden Gem. Road signs not good. Once found its a lovely place. Demonstrations, tours, cafes and factory shop.
  • Visitors centre restaurant serves great coffee pictures on the walls shows the Wedgwood factory as it was over the years well worth a visit
  • A great day out well worth a visit very nice cafe/gift shop /shops and lot more to see and do.
