  • Brilliant spot for everyone. Facilities are good such as coffee shop, toilets and usually in the summer, I've cream vans. Plenty of parking.
  • An awesome park for a stroll around the duck pond, and the fantastic host of the Saturday Parkrun in Bangor!
  • Well kept and very clean. A highlight among the local parks in the area due to the collection of tropical birds and public library inside the park.
  • It's barely changed in a century and that's part of the charm. The park is a nice wee bit of calm in Bangor, includes tennis courts, secure fenced childrens' play ground, a gravel running track, playing field with football posts, decent enough car park, a river and pond, a little bird sanctuary and bowling green.
  • It has trees and a duck pond containing a duck, possibly two, I haven't counted. Surprisingly nowhere to park which is odd considering the name.
