  • There is not much on the pier but the views are excellent - and there is a very good cafe at the end of the pier.
  • Worth the 50p per person for the fantastic views. Came here on a sunny but windy afternoon. Very atmospheric, like stepping back a hundred years, but in a good way. Lots of places to sit and drink in ...  read more »
  • This is a lovely pier to visit with accessible car parking right outside and fantastic views out to sea and over the land as you stroll down it - lots of eateries / cafes on the pier for a bite to eat...  read more »
  • First visit and a thoroughly enjoyable walk. Cost was 50p per adult. Apparently this is one of the best condition Victorian piers in Britain. In great condition, great peaceful and interesting walk into the middle of the Menai Strait. Quiet with a tea room at the end.
  • Lovely place, beautiful views of the Menai and local mountains. A pound to park and 50p per adult to enter the pier but well worth it. The tea room at the end serves delicious cream teas, sandwiches and other cakes. Stop off on the way and chat with Alan the owner of the gift shop. What a delightful old chap, who couldn't be more friendly or helpful. Sells crab lines and bait for the kiddies to enjoy an hour or so of trying to beat the local record of most crabs caught in a day. A must for anyone wanting a peaceful time away from the hustle and bustle of modern life.
  • Lovely iconic pier. Has two caf├ęs which are not consistently open so bear this in mind. Views are lovely and it never seems very busy.
  • Pier extends to the middle of the Menai. Worth a visit but wrap up warm in winter months!
  • Only a brief visit as they don't allow dogs but looked nice enough! Parking is limited so take your chances!
