  • Small is better! This museum tells the story of Grace Darling, with exhibits from her life, her famous rescue and features the coble that was used by her nearly 200 years ago. Located in a beautiful village with the incredible castle just a few hundred yards away.
  • You appreciate the effort that is put into this museum
  • Very interesting free Museum
  • An excellent little, and crucially, free museum, not a day trip venue as it can be fully digested in an hour, but a simple summary of the life of Grace Darling that could be combined with a stroll round the pretty village and a play on the lively beach. The member of staff who greeted us was welcoming and helpful and there was enough interactivity to keep children occupied for a little while.
