  • We've been a few times and never had less than an excellent experience. Fantastic friendly staff. The cafe is full of lovely food and the shop is always interesting.
  • Vegetarian and Vegan friendly. Lovely staff, food, shop and experience. Transformational events that take place here such as the firewalking I did last night. Or just come and relax, visit the cafe (I had a curry), read a book, have a look in the shop, walk through the trees. My friend did a Reiki course here.
  • Great find on a wet and windy day. My wife had an excellent massage, lovely service from kind and friendly staff. Great lunch in the cafe; lovely home made soup and delicious tea and hot chocolate. We had to get cakes to take away too! Would recommend a visit.
  • Another excellent place for a day out. From complementary therapies (be sure to check out their website) to a well stocked gift shop, a visit to "The nOg" is well worth the effort. I did a firewalk there a while back and it was an amazing experience. Suffice to say that there is always something happening at The nOg with various courses on offer as well as a truly outstanding cafe where the food is all freshly made on the premises by extremely friendly staff. It's one of those places where you can spend the entire day and relax.
