  • Joined today and was slightly apprehensive as I haven't been it for 30 years. Well to say I was surprised is an understatement. It was extremely well organised, great modern equipment in abundance, very well presented and just gave you a feel good factor. It's a huge facility catering for everything: -Large swimming pool -Diving pool -Children's pool -Viewing galleries and seating for completions -Cafe with great choice -Steam rooms -Sauna -Jacuzzi -State of the art gym -Huge selection of fitness activities/classes Above is just a flavour of what's available Highly recommended !!!!!!!
  • The changing rooms are very outdated the gym Equipment is good
  • At weight to go class enjoyed
  • Good gym and good base for running
  • Nice enough - average value at £3.70. As with most places inevitable the staff are friendly. Pool was quiet at 8.30. Car park is out of the way and quiet, but abit tatty which made me think twice about security. Right on harbour so nice little walk after.
