  • Brownie Points for an excellent customer service. My Grandson gave me a 200 ml bottle of Elderberry Port in a Gift Goody Bag. The cork smelt strongly of must and had spoilt the wine. I let Lyme Bay know with all the details and serial numbers. I received an apology and a replacement bottle in the post. The Elderberry Port is delicious and came in a lovely little decanter, which I shall keep and reuse.
