Spend a day of family fun in the heart of the national forest at Conkers. Set on over 48 hectares (120 acres) of woodland area, the center offers attractions for the whole family, including a simulated treetop walk, indoor water play area, and numerous interactive children’s exhibits. Head outside to have a go at the assault course, or try your hand at laser clay pigeon shooting. • We visited Conkers today, the children in our group were 6, 10, 14, entry was £27 and that included a discount for booking online. My oldest two children wanted to have a go at the zip line, high and ...  read more »
  • Took our grandsons age 2 and 4 and they really enjoyed themselves, lots to see and lots to do. Yes the cafe is on the expensive side but we had took our own pack-up so it didn't bothers.
  • Went to a lovely open air performance in the natural amphitheatre The crowd was good the view excellent and the performers were top notch
  • As someone else has already stated, it's a country park for £30. On our visit a large percentage of the attractions were shut (and you only find out once you get there - no signage or info from the 2 members of staff we saw). It feels very tired and a lot of the discovery centre exhibits were either broken or unfathomable due to missing instructions. I imagine 10 years ago this was great but it feels neglected even taking into account we did go out of season I suppose. It's a good thing they have done on a brownfield site but it needs investment. Also be wary of the exhibits with younger kids, seeing a video of a fox being devoured by maggots sent shivers up my spine! Yikes.
  • Fantastic place, kids actually say it is better than LegoLand. Amazing play areas, both indoors and out so actually good in the rain! I'll be returning regularly as the children's grandmother bought a years pass which works out good value! Coffee seems expensive and not great...
  • Brilliant place for kids for a good day out. Take note to book high wires and exertions before you start doing things in park. Perfect outdoor entertainment for a good day out. Has bt Wi-Fi on site, but this costs &10 a day! Make sure if going on high wires to book early, or risk missing out
  • Although parts of the discovery centre area were scary to my six and four year old. It was a fantastic place to visit maybe a little too pricey to be a regular place to visit but definitely a worthwhile visit.
  • Great day out make sure you pick a good day with weather there are some fun things to do inside too
