  • I haven't been here for many a year, and wow how had it changed. It can take a whole afternoon to look round, all the sections are very comprehensive, I never knew there was so much to fishing. The staff were all very helpful, and friendly also has a lovely tearoom.
  • really interesting museum. good displays with very clear story boards . there is a selection of real old boats and you can also see the staff working on the renovations . we took about 90 mins to get around but i didnt read or look at everything. cafe very good and shop had nice gifts . it cost us £ 15 with senior person discount . there is a trail to follow for children
  • Good menu, good food, good prices
  • A deceptively large museum, this is a large and interesting look into fishing from Neolithic times to the modern day, with many examples of equipment from all the different eras. And the latter part of the museum has many boats inside, and even a genuine working boat builder's who can be seen working away. The trip around the museum is very cheap, and the experience lasted a good two hours or so. Thoroughly enjoyable. There is also a small tea room and gift shop.
  • Great visiters attraction with a lovely cafe.
